In MMA Manager, players take on the role of the manager of their gym, who recruits and trains fighters and sets them up in fights.

The manager menu, available on the right side of the gym view, allows managers to review the following:
- History: Shows the results of previous matches.
- High score: Shows the scores of top fighters and managers.
- Staff overview: Shows the staff members currently working for the gym.
- Quests & Achievements: Shows the currently available quests and achievements, along with their rewards and requirements.
